  • Billing & Invoicing: If you become a client, we collect your name, company name, billing address, VAT/CVR number, and payment details to issue invoices and process transactions. (Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract and compliance with legal tax obligations).

Third-Party Service Providers (Data Processors)

We do not sell or rent your data. To operate our business securely, we share relevant information with trusted, GDPR-compliant service providers who act as data processors:

  • Netlify, Inc.: Hosts our static web infrastructure and site asset files securely.
  • Static Forms (staticforms.dev): Processes our background contact form input submissions and securely bridges data routing to our email provider.
  • Google Cloud EMEA Limited: Provides our secure corporate Google Workspace email infrastructure and database message inbox storage.
  • Visma Dinero ApS: Used for corporate accounting, bookkeeping, and generating formal client invoices.
  • Lunar Bank A/S: Used for managing business banking services and tracking incoming client transactions.

Data Retention

  • General Inquiries: If you contact us but do not become a client, your form data is deleted from our records within 6 months.
  • Client Records: If you become a client, we are legally required under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven) to retain financial records, invoices, and relevant billing identities for 5 years following the end of the financial year.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please note that our legal obligation to retain financial records for tax purposes overrides the right to deletion regarding accounting documents.
